Common questions

Does the free plan expire?
No. Free is free forever — no card, no trial. Your EPK stays online as long as you want. Pro adds 25 private links (one per label), 12 photos, unlimited EPKs and removes the MERITO badge.
Can I export a PDF?
Yes, on Pro — a clean A4 press PDF straight from your EPK, no watermark. On Free, the way you share your kit is your live public page, which is polished and booker-ready and carries a small "Made in MERITO" mark.
How do the private demo links work?
You create one link per label — Track Records, your A&R contact, your manager — each with its own recipient name, its own personal message and its own password if you want one. They open a normal link, no login, and hear your unreleased tracks. You decide per link whether they can download. Free includes 2 active links, Pro 25. Knowing exactly when they opened it is the next thing we're shipping.
Can I connect my own domain?
Custom domain is coming soon on Pro. Today, every account gets a clean subdomain at yourname.getmerito.com, and Pro removes the MERITO branding on your public page.
Can I cancel anytime?
Anytime, one click. If you cancel, your account drops back to Free and your EPK stays online. We don't delete your work — only the Pro features deactivate.
What's actually limited on Free?
Three things you'll notice: one published EPK, 3 press photos, and 2 private demo links. Everything about how your EPK looks — every theme, font, background and effect — is free. We don't paywall design.
Is Founding different from Pro?
